This final class is dedicated to practical and spiritual preparation for the end of life. Participants will be guided through a series of powerful exercises designed to bring a sense of closure, meaning, and peace.
These include:
Biographical Closure: Reviewing and honoring one's life story.
Legacy Work: Identifying and articulating the values and wisdom one wishes to leave behind.
Forgiveness Exercises: Releasing and resolving past grievances.
Epilogue with Awareness: Consciously crafting the final chapter of one's life.
